What is a project dashboard?
The project dashboard gives you a central overview of your project. It shows all important information at a glance, for example weather, camera views, latest processes, or metrics from reports, and is fully customizable.
Each project has a shared dashboard ("For Everyone") that is visible to all project members. "For Everyone" dashboards can only be edited by project admins. Reports that contain progress data, for example, are only visible to users who also have the relevant permissions. In addition, each user can create their own personal dashboards ("For You") and fully customize them.
These personal views are only visible to the respective user and are suitable for displaying exactly the information needed most frequently in daily work. Since project roles and responsibilities vary greatly, we recommend using personal dashboards.
Adding widgets
Widgets are the building blocks of a dashboard. A widget can be, for example, a camera live view, a report (e.g. cycle times or progress curves), weather, current activities, or a logo.
How to add widgets:
Click "+ Add widget" in the top right.
A side panel opens with a complete list of all available widgets.
Drag a widget via drag & drop from the sidebar directly into the dashboard.
Already used widgets disappear from the sidebar so you always maintain an overview. If you remove a widget, it reappears in the selection.
Arranging and editing widgets
Widgets are placed in a flexible grid and can be freely adjusted:
Using the grab handles next to the widget title, the widget can be moved.
Widgets can be enlarged or reduced in the grid.
On hover, a three-dot menu appears in the top right, which lets you remove the widget from the dashboard.
Click the title = Go directly to the source:
For camera widgets, you are taken to the corresponding camera live feed.
For report widgets, you are taken directly to the associated report to edit filters, time periods, and settings there. Here you can find out more.
Report widgets
Report widgets are based on the reports created in the app and are particularly helpful for recurring analyses, e.g. cycle times, work hour curves, construction pace, or project progress.
Edit directly in the dashboard
Report widgets can be customized directly in the dashboard:
Via the three-dot menu on the widget you can click "Edit report" and adjust filters, time periods, or display options without having to open the report or leave the page.
Chips and filter information
Below the title of a report widget, chips appear that show:
Which criteria the report is filtered by
By which location or time period it is displayed
Interactive data view
When hovering over the charts with the mouse, users receive additional detailed information.
Camera widgets
Camera widgets show a live view of the construction site cameras directly in the dashboard and provide a quick overview without having to switch between individual cameras. Clicking on the widget title opens the full camera view with timeline, construction section masks, and time-lapse functions.
Within the camera view, construction section masks can be activated to clearly highlight defined construction sections directly in the image. The individual sections are color-coded and labeled, so that progress can be clearly assigned to specific areas.
With "Synchronize view", the selected construction section masks can be displayed simultaneously in all camera widgets. This is particularly helpful during meetings, presentations, or when multiple cameras are used in parallel in the dashboard.
Other widgets
In addition to cameras and reports, other useful widgets are available:
Weather
Shows temperature, precipitation, and wind speed data.
Current activities
Shows the most recently captured processes based on automatic detection.
Latest processes
Quick overview of newly completed processes.
Logo
Embed the company logo on the dashboard.
