The Activity Log at a Glance

This article explains how to use the activity log to centrally view, filter, inspect in detail, analyze in a calendar context, and export for internal evaluations all processes captured by oculai.

The activity log provides you with a central, chronological overview of all activities captured by oculai. It helps you to transparently track workflows and quickly review individual activities.

List View: Processes at a Glance

In the table view, each process is displayed individually as a separate row with the following information:

  • Process type

  • Location (e.g. floor, building, construction section)

  • Date

  • Duration

  • Working hours

In the table header, next to the column titles and sorting, there is a filter icon through which the selection of processes can be filtered:

  • Process groups

  • Locations or construction sections

  • Time periods

Process Detail View

On the right side of the activity log you will find the process detail view for the currently selected process with the following information:

  • Total duration: Total duration including breaks

  • Net duration: Total duration minus breaks

  • ⌀ Workers: Average number of workers involved in the process

  • Working hours: Working hours are calculated from [duration per process interval] * [number of workers]

  • Process video

  • Option to report process errors

Activity Calendar

Via "Open Activity Calendar" you can display a calendar view in addition to the tabular view. A status is assigned per day:

  • Active: at least one activity

  • Standstill: no activity

  • Holiday/public holidays

  • Disturbance: manually entered under disturbances

  • Camera outage: >50% camera outage

Interaction in the Calendar

  • Hover over a date: Displays all activities recorded on that day including hours.

  • Click on a day: Opens the activity log in a new tab with the filtered processes

Exporting Data

Via the three-dot menu in the activity log you can export the filtered activities as an Excel file. The export allows you to use the process data outside of oculai, for example for:

  • internal evaluations and documentation

  • sharing with team members

  • further processing in your own reports or controlling tools
