Since the visual process detection continuously learns from real construction site situations, in rare cases there may be deviations in the temporal assignment or interpretation of individual processes.
With the "Report process error" function, you can specifically flag such cases, partially fix them directly, and feed them back directly into the system. This actively contributes to the continuous improvement of detection accuracy.
Report a process error directly at the process
Example: You click on a specific process in the schedule or in the takt analysis. A detail sidebar then opens. In it you see all detected information about the process, such as duration, working hours, key figures, and the associated process video.
At the bottom of this sidebar you will find the red-highlighted link "Report process error". Clicking on it opens a dialog where you select the error type.
What error types are there?
When reporting a process error, you can specify what exactly is incorrect. The following options are available:
Process class (e.g. wrong activity detected)
Change is updated directly
Time interval
Change is updated directly
Floor

Number of persons

Process Error Overview: All Reports at a Glance
To create transparency and traceability, there is the Process Error Overview. You can access it via the menu in the schedule and takt analysis feature. The overview also opens as a sidebar and shows you:
all reported process errors
the current status: open or resolved (including self-resolved errors)
a history of reports and comments
the associated process with a direct link via "go to process", if still available
Communication & Follow-up
For each reported process error you can add comments. These serve to explain matters in more detail or to clarify follow-up questions. An oculai team member can contact you directly via this comment function.
If an error has not been correctly or fully resolved, you can reopen the entry at any time. This will cause the process to be reviewed and adjusted again.
