How do I export a schedule from oculai?

An export can be generated under Schedule → "Export" in 3 formats: PDF, Excel, and as a schedule export in MS Project & Primavera P6.

1 - PDF

Options to restrict the scope of the export:

Activities (Y-axis)

  • All: All currently expanded activities are exported.

  • Visible: Only the activities visible in the current browser window are exported.

Timeline (X-axis)

  • All: The export covers the entire time period from the first to the last activity.

  • Visible: Only the time period visible in the current browser window is exported.

2 - Excel

Each row in the export corresponds to an activity in the schedule and has the following columns:

  • id

  • parent: References the parent summary task

  • planned_start: planned Start

  • planned_end: planned End

  • actual_start: actual Start

  • actual_end: actual End

3 - MS Project & Primavera P6

To represent an automated schedule update, the actual status can be exported to MS Project or Primavera P6. The same rules apply as for the transmission of the actual status using the Powerproject plugin: [Reference to article]

Actual durations are transmitted for activities that have been captured by oculai and marked as active or completed. Start and end dates are based on the actual time period determined by oculai. Planned durations are transmitted for activities that are not captured by oculai. This includes both already executed work (e.g. work that cannot be captured by camera) and future activities for which no data is yet available.
